5. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A deposit may be required to secure appointments.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Payment is due at the time of service.
All services rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid promotional purchases, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and must be used within stated timeframes, in compliance with Pennsylvania consumer laws.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by Pennsylvania law.
Promotions and discounts may have expiration dates and restrictions.
